Mental Health is just as important as physical health, yet men often struggle in silence. We are breaking the stigma and opening the conversation ! Join us for an impactful Workshop themed: " Break the Silence , Strengthen the Mind"
On the occasion of World Day of Safety and Health at Work, Gateway Rehabilitation Centre hosts its annual Mental Health Awareness Community Forum in Tanga — a day dedicated to open conversation, reducing stigma, and connecting community members with the support they need.
Whether you are personally affected by mental health challenges, supporting a family member, a healthcare worker, a student, or simply a community member who cares — this forum is for you. All are welcome.
“Mental health is not a luxury — it is a right. This forum exists to make sure every person in Tanga knows that help is available, and that they are not alone.”
